3. URI Honors offers students an opportunity to engage in advanced coursework, thought-provoking project work/dialogue, and more. One defining moment of your Honors journey is participation in our inspiring yearly Colloquium. The URI Honors Program brings in amazing guest speakers, including scientists, bestselling authors, actors, politicians, activists, and other incredible leaders. Past students have met legends like Jane Goodall, actor B.D. Wong, and countless other changemakers. To learn more about our Honors Students and the URI Honors Program, check out our website and YouTube channel. If you’d like to be considered for the URI Honors Program, please submit a brief statement responding to the prompt below.
